Name: Commander William Kentis a.k.a. Kentis the Crusader

Weapons and equipment: Kentis carries a Type-C laser rifle for long-range combat, a phaser-pistol for short-range duels, and Phase Knife for hand-to-hand combat.
Faction: Kentis leads the Knights Templar, an independant fleet of ships that go hither and thither protecting civilians and convoys from space pirates and rogue mercinaries. They are named after an order of knights that protected pilgrams in the war-torn holy lands many thousands of years ago.
Personallity: Kentis is generous and kind, but he is a fierce and unrelenting captain on the battlefield.
Ships: Kentis pilots the Crusader II, the flagship of the Templar Fleet. For stealth missions, he takes the helm of The Jerusulem Star, a small and agile stealth fighter.
Crusader II specs: The Crusader II is a veriable fortress. It holds a crew of over 2000 and houses 25 Cruisers that can be dispatched at any time. It holds enough firepower to destroy a small nation, and an extremely heavy hull that hardly even needs shields. It pays for this at a heavy price, as it moves very slowly and has no stealth capabilities.
Jerusulem Star specs: The Jerusulem Star is a small ship, less then a forth the size of The Crusader. It is quick, agile, and has extremely advanced stealth technology. Only the greatest sensory systems can pick up the ship.
Story: Kentis was the son of a wealthy merchant, but while traveling to a nearby star system, his family's cruiser was ambushed by space pirates. The pirates murdered his father, and held Kentis randsom. But Kentis managed to escape their lare, and made it to a nearby mining planet where he worked two years, trying to gather the fare to get home. Finally he made it back to his home planet to discover that his mother had died, leaving the family fortune to him. With his vast newfound wealth, he perchased a fleet of ships and established an orginization to keep watch over the shipping lanes and protect the innocent from pillagers and raiders. He named his orginization the Knights Templar, and every pirate fears to hear those words, for over the last five years Kentis has nearly wiped out every brigand and unlawful individual in the galaxy.
Appearance: Kentis is tall and handsome with long brown hair and an unkept beard. He wears the standard issue jumpsuit of the Knights Templar, although on special occasions he wears his cerimonial iron armour, with a white tunic and a sword.
Weaknesses: Kentis tends to be rather full of himself
